With the comings and goings of busy lifestyles, healthy eating can pose a challenge to everyone.

New Roswell residents, Monika and Patrick Scott hope their business venture, Sublime Tree, which officially opened on Tuesday, will provide a solution.

The business motto of “let’s get back to the earth,” revolves around the concept of incorporating more plant-based food into peoples’ lives.

“So many people have a challenge with access to healthy food. We wanted to be out there and give people an easy solution to eating healthy,” Scott said.

The ideal goal is “helping [people] stay healthy and feed their families.”

Monika and Patrick factored in providing Sublime Tree’s offerings on-the-go by implementing a drive-thru window, accessible off of Crabapple Road.

Sublime Tree’s menu will include juices, smoothies, superfood yogurt parfait, avocado toast, tempeh, chickpea and sprout sandwiches and kale salads.

There are four green juices and up to six fruit and veggie juices anticipated for the menu.

“We are doing cold press juice, which is the best type and industry standard for healthiest,” Scott said.

“By not spinning the juice, it stays fresh a little longer.”

‘Sublime Green’ is the company’s signature juice; “spinach, kale, celery, cucumber and apples for sweetness.”

‘Upbeet’ is beet, carrot, apple, lemon and ginger.

According to Patrick Scott, Sublime Tree relies on fruits to provide natural sweetness, juices do not contain sugar or artificial sweetener, preservatives or additives.

The raw state of the juices shortens freshness and shelf-life, so juices are prepared in smaller batches and more frequently.

The menu will also include ‘kid-friendly juices,’ with more fruit bases and raw juices.
